Effective
immediately all requests for Savage Eden
Support, including billing and general
account issues; game play issues,
including but not limited to character or
items issues, problems with quests,
events, client software, etc., should be
reported using the new Savage Eden Trouble
Ticketing System. |

|
This new
ticketing system provides our customers
with a single location to report
problems. After a problem is
reported, the customer will receive an
e-mail confirming the reported problems,
including a trouble ticket tracking
number. This tracking number can
then be utilized to view updates from our
staff, or also add additional information
to the initial report, which may help
resolve issues more quickly. Our
staff will review each trouble ticket and
assign it to the proper personnel for
action. |
